I go to the gym with Mommy pretty often and, even though I mostly play in the childcare, last time I couldn’t stop myself from doing some exercises on my way out!

First I tried the plank.

Then, I did something called floor sprints, where I just moved my legs like I’m running on the ground. It’s one of my favorite exercises.

Then, sometimes I just like to do some regular ol’ running in place:
