Apparently, there is a lot that is good about 15mt-old me. Some of Mommy’s current favorites include:
I can’t say sock… instead, it come out “hock” with a very hard “h” sound and a sharp “k”. Pretty cute.
I’ve started to say “nigh nigh” (night-night) each time Mommy puts me down to bed. I also wave and say “dad-dye” which is my verson of bye bye.
Whenever I look in the mirror, or see a picture of a wee child, I say “bee!” As in, “baby!” This might be Mommy’s number one favorite thing EVER. I can’t blame her – it is pretty great.
I love to point to everyone’s eyes, ears, noses, lips and teeth. I know what all of those things are and, if I find it on one person, I need to find it on every person in the room. It’s just my thing.
I give “sweet kisses”. Sometimes in the morning when Mommy and Dad Guy put me in their bed for a bit, I kiss Dad Guy… and then Mommy… and then Dad Guy… and then Mommy. Until I get tired.
Also, she loves it when I say “hi” back and forth a bunch of times with one person. I do that a lot.
I’ve finally learned “Dad Guy”, yet to everyone else, it sounds awfully similar to my ‘bye bye – “dad-dye!”
Mommy appreciates how I learn things really quickly, yet I am always so full of wonder and awe. She loves watching me observe, touch, and try things. Everything is new and exciting to me!
Another favorite is when I throw my hands up and say, “where?” She says that it’s so cute she can hardly stand it.
Ok, that’s enough for now. I’m growing so fast, I’m sure she’ll have a different list in a few months (or even weeks)!
