Hello world!  My name is Eden Wai-Fong Poon and I am four months old today.  My mommy decided it was time to chronicle my life a little bit better (“for posterity”, she says… whatever that means) so she gave me my own section of the family blog!  I’m glad, because I have lots to say.

Before I get to what’s happening today, I have to catch you up on my life.  Four months is a long time!  I’ve changed so much.  Here, I’ll show you:

See, this is me when I was born.  I look so different!  I was cute then, but you should see me now!  Actually, that’s a good idea.

This is what I look like now.  See what I mean?  Pretty cute, huh?

Mommy’s already written about my birth day.  You can read it if you want.  I don’t have too much else to say about that, except that I think I was worth it.  I wonder if she’ll be one of those Mommies that reminds me how long her labor was every time I misbehave.  I hope not.  That would be annoying.

The first few weeks were pretty hard for me.  Mommy and Daddy did everything they could to make it easier for me.  I just had a hard time adjusting to life on the outside.  Can you blame me?  This world is very very different than what I was used to.

Early on, Grandpa came to visit me!  He helped Mommy and Daddy out a lot, by cooking all of their meals.  He even watched me one time, while they went out for Mommy’s birthday.

I don’t remember too much from these first weeks.  I cried a lot.  I had a hard time sleeping, too.  But in the midst of the sleepless daze, I did manage to have a few photo ops.

Those are just a few pictures for now.  I have lots more to tell you about my life so far, but right now it’s my bedtime.  Good night!
